What is SmoovOps?
SmoovOps brings together everything you need to manage your client relationships and business operations: contracts, documents, payments, partners, and your product catalogue — connected, searchable, and always up to date.
Instead of juggling spreadsheets, email threads, and separate tools, SmoovOps gives you a single workspace to track what you have agreed, what you have delivered, and what you are owed.
What can you do with SmoovOps?
- Manage contracts — keep track of all your agreements, their status, duration, and value, with optional auto-renewal and recurring billing

Annual billing saves up to 20%. For Starter and Pro, both the monthly and annual price are charged per active user.
Choosing the right plan
Free is a great way to try SmoovOps. You can manage up to 20 contracts, use the termination and notice templates, import or export your data, and bring one teammate along — all at no cost, no credit card required.
Starter suits freelancers and small businesses who need offer and invoice templates in addition to termination and notice, plus 10 GB of file storage and up to 5 team members.
Pro is the full package. Unlimited contracts, as many team members as you need (billed per user), 100 GB of storage, custom templates, AI-assisted data entry, automated email reminders for overdue payments, and up to two years of Contracts Growth history on the Dashboard.

Throughout these docs, each section heading that is only available on certain plans shows a badge after the heading title. The badge indicates the minimum plan required for that feature. Sections with no badge are available on all plans, including the Free plan.
